Following a poor start to the season, Jose Mourinho has been linked with a return to Real Madrid to replace Zinedine Zidane with the French manager reacting to the speculations.

Pressure was heaped on Zidane following their 3-0 thumping at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League with Real Madrid registering mixed results in the league winning two and drawing two of their four opening games. This sort of form has seen former Manchester United and Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho linked with a return to the club.

Speaking in a press conference ahead of their clash against Sevilla, Zidane responded to Mourinho links with Madrid, "I'm not interested in what is said outside the club, the day I pay attention to what's in the press is the day I leave. I feel in a strong position and I never give up.

"I will keep trying until the last minute and as long as the club will give me the chance to continue. I don't feel questioned at all."

Mourinho isn't the only manager to be linked with the Real Madrid role with former Spain and Real midfielder Xabi Alonso and Massimo Allegri also linked.
