Napsa Stars target Charity Shield glory

Barclays cup runners up Napsa Stars are targeting lifting the 2018 Samuel 'Zoom' Ndhlovu Charity Shield.

Head coach Linos Makwaza believes the tournament will be a good preparation platform for his boys ahead of the 2018 Super league season.Makwaza is hopeful Napsa can lift the traditional league curtain raiser.

"It will be a good exposure for the boys. It's good for us, It is a good preparation for the new season. Hopefully we can win the Charity Shield, Our target now is reaching the final then see what happens from there," He said

"These are games we should be playing. We are playing a big team and I just hope the boys can rise to the occasion," He added.

Napsa will face Zesco United in the semi-final on March 3rd with Zanaco facing Nkana with Nkoloma hosting both matches. Winners of both semi-final matches will face each other on March 10th to decide who walks away with the trophy.
