Leicester City have completed the signing of Hull City defender Harry Maguire in a £17m deal.

The England international has agreed a five year deal and is set to link up with his new team mates in early July before their pre-season training camp in Austria. The 24-year-old comes as Craig Shakespeare looks to bolster his side's defence ahead of his first full season as Leicester boss.

On completing his move to the Foxes, he told club's official website, - There were a number of clubs interested, but when I met the manager here, he pretty much swayed it into the direction of this club. Leicester are on the up and it looks very promising for the future.

Maguire made 36 appearances for the Tigers during 2016/17 campaign.
