Road to Stockholm: Manchester United
Manchester United are into the Europa League final after seeing off Celta Vigo 2-1 on aggregate.
United will now face Ajax in Stockholm, at the Friends Arena, following the Dutch club's victory over Lyon.
Jose Mourinho’s side have played 14 games to reach the competition's finale and know that victory in Sweden will guarantee their involvement in next season’s Champions League.
European football's secondary competition is the only major trophy that the Red Devils are yet to lift in their history, and victory in Sweden will put them alongside Bayern Munich, Ajax, Juventus and Chelsea as the only clubs to win all of UEFA's majors.

Safe to say the Red Devils limped to Stockholm, as injuries and congested fixtures took a toll on Mourinho’s men.
They were ‘lucky’ to avoid a threatening Lyon in the semi and quarterfinals, but, the paper underdogs Anderlecht and Celta Vigo did bring their A games against the England (sleeping) giants.
Not killing the game when they had a chance to always came back to haunt them, as it meant the calm and composure needed could turn into panic and careless mistakes when the opposition came threatening. A good example would be Celta Vigo’s last kick of the game in the second leg of the semis, where, had John Guidetti controlled and slotted home, United would be out of the competition, regretting the glorious missed chances.
