Prime star laments continental ticket miss

Prime FC forward Kazeem Babatunde has lamented the team's inability to reach the final of the Federation Cup folowing their semifinal exit on Wednesday.
With finalists Lobi Stars already assured of a continental ticket, a win over Heartland would have guarateed the second division club an African club football next season but they stumbled to the defending champions in Ilorin.
And Babatunde, who once had a trail with the junior team of reigning German champions Borrussia Dortmund, is regretting the near-miss of what would have been their first continental appearance.
-We deserved a continental ticket with what we have done in the competition but we were unlucky in the semifinal with Hearltnand .
The former Niger Tornadoes player has scored two goals and four assists in the competition said he looks forward to a good game in Sunday's third place match with league leaders Kano Pillars in Lagos.
Prime could still get a ticket to the WAFU Cup, a sub-regional continental competition, depending on how the league table ends.
