The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) have launched a commitment to rid of unqualified coaches.

Super League and Eden National League clubs have learnt that FAZ are ordering the submission of professional qualifications from every side’s technical team members.

In meeting with both CAF and FIFA statutes, FAZ released a formal note out to the two division clubs. The document was signed by the association’s vice head Joseph Chimpampwe.

“We are also interested to know how your full technical and medical teams’ structures look like so that we can take into account any vacant positions, if any, for our assessments and planning process,” Chimpampwe said

“Kindly ensure that all members of the technical and medics team are all covered in your submissions to help the association to effectively conduct needs, assessments and design skills uplifting programmes in consultation with CAF and FIFA.”

Meanwhile, the Super League and ENL clubs have until October 18 to submit FAZ’s requests.
