Chelsea are reportedly preparing a mammoth offer of over €210 million to land Brazil and Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar Jr.
The former Barcelona man's future at the Paris club is still uncertain, following his failed move in the summer.
The Spanish giants were close to re-signing the attacker, but the deal fell through in the last days of the transfer window, and still retain an interest in his services.
However, according to Don Balon, the Blues are interested in taking him to Stamford Bridge, as they look to replace Eden Hazard, who left in the summer for Real Madrid.
His relationship with PSG fans was heavily affected as a result of his intentions of leaving the club, and has been booed numerous times this season.
Chelsea have held a long-standing interest in the Brazilian and were among the top clubs that were keen on taking the then young Neymar from Brazil before he settled on the Spanish giants.
The London club is currently banned from signing players at least until the summer, with manager Frank Lampard forced to rely on academy graduates.
They have done quite well considering their situation, with many of the young players stepping up when called upon.
Chelsea boasts of young and interesting wingers as well, with Callum Hudson-Odoi in particularly highly rated at the club.
