Nigeria's Odion Ighalo is now confirmed the highest goal scorer at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt following the conclusion of the tournament on Friday.
Ighalo emerged top scorer with five goals as Nigeria finished third at the tournament.
He scored Super Eagles' first and last goals in Egypt.
Algeria's Adams Ounas, Senegal's Sadio Mane and Cederic Bakambu of Democratic Republic of Congo all scored three goals each.
Mane and Ounas had the chance to increase their tally in the final on Friday, but none of them got on the scoresheet as Baghdad Bounedjah's early strike won the trophy for Algeria.
Ighalo, who has now retired from international football, equals late Rashidi Yekini's record of five goals scored by a Super Eagles player at AFCON.
