Riyad Mahrez scored a powerful 90th minute goal to help Algeria beat Nigeria 2-1 and seal a place at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations final.
Algeria opened scoring in the first half, but Nigeria equal score with less than 20 minutes left and are hoping for an extra time period before Mahrez cut short their dream.
A dorminant Algeria took the lead when a William Troost Ekong own goal off a powerful drive from Riyad Mahrez put them ahead after 40 minutes.
After the break, Nigeria came out stronger, determined to get back up.
Nigeria continued to push and finally found a way when Oghenekaro Etebo's long range shot hit the arm of Aissa Mandi. With the Video Assistant Referee being forcefully called to duty, the Super Eagles were awarded a penalty.
Odion Ighalo stepped up to it and cooly slot the ball past Rais Mbolhi to bring the Super Eagles on level in the 72nd minute.
With 90 minutes completed, and a four minutes extra time added, Algeria got a freekick at the edge of the box.
Mahrez stepped up to it, and his powerful shot went straight into the empty net to seal a 2-1 victory and a place in the AFCON 2019 final.
