Daniel James starts as Manchester United parade squad to face Perth Glory

New summer signing Daniel James has been handed a debut ahead of Manchester United's pre-season opener against Perth Glory slated for a 2 PM (EAT) kick off at the Optus Stadium.

Fellow new signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka starts on the bench, while youngsters Axel Tuanzebe and Tahith Chong get run outs. Ashley Young retains his place at right back and will captain the side while wantaway midfielder Paul Pogba starts from the bench. Romelu Lukaku who has been linked with Inter Milan misses the squad completely but was reported to have a minor knock earlier in the week.
