The Kenyan Premier League long transfer window has swung open as teams gear to boost their sides ahead of the 2019/20 season.
Teams have already earmarked various players they wish to join their sides with league newbies Wazito FC seemingly the busiest team thus far.
Of players linked with Wazito are Sony Sugar duo of goalkeeper Kevin Omondi and Derrick Otanga, Cliff Nyakeya of Mathare United and Cercidy Okeyo of Gor Mahia.
Bandari FC, on the other hand, has moved in swiftly to acquire the services of Zoo FC midfielder Danson Chetambe with the club expected to have the player in their invitation CECAFA Kagame Cup competition.
Another player who is said to be on his way to Bandari FC is winger Cliff Kasuti who found games hard to come by in his club since signing from Ulinzi Stars last season.
With the imminent departure of striker Jacques Tuyisenge who is on his way to Angolan giants Petro Atletico, Gor Mahia is believed to have begun negotiations with Cameroonian Charles Edoa Nga as arch rivals AFC Leopards who has released more than five players ready to welcome new faces in the team.
Kariobangi Sharks attacker Duke Abuya has also been linked with a move to Gor Mahia as Nairobi Stima looks to be ready to let midfielder Curtis Wekesa leave after interests from Tusker FC and Leopards.
Teams have the chance to sign the players they deem fit for their teams until September 2.
