Zambia U20 striker attending trials at Djurgadens IF

Zambia U20 national team striker Martin Njobvu is currently in Sweden attending trials at Swedish top tier side Djurgården IF with a view of signing a long term contract.

The 17-year-old will be on trial at Djurgården IF until July 20, The Morning Stars Academy player was a key member of the 2017 U17 national team that won the COSAFA Cup in Mauritius.

The young striker is happy to be in Sweden and hopes to show his talent as he hopes to clinch a long term deal with the club.

"I am happy to come here and show my talent. Edward has told me that it is a hard-working team with a good mood in the squad," He told Djurgadens IF website.

Martin arrived in Arlanda on Monday and will train with the U19 and the A-team during his trial period with Djurgården IF.
