With less than two months left to the CAF Champions League 2019-2020 season, here are the teams across the continent that have already booked a place in the Preliminary Round so far.

The CECAFA region has produced five teams as of now with Young Africans, Simba, Gor Mahia, Rayon Sports, and KCCA booking their place in the opening round. All the teams were champions of their respective league's bar Young Africans who finished runners up but due to Simba qualifying for the knockout phases last season, Tanzania was added another slot. 

The tournament is slated to run from 9 August 2019 to 30 May 2020.

Wydad Casablanca, Raja Casablanca, Al Ahly, Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates, USM Alger, JS Kabylie, Esperance, TP Mazembe, AS Vita, Green Eagles, Zesco United, Primiero Agosto, Petro Luanda, Horoya, Young Africans, Simba, Gor Mahia, SO de l'Armée, Kampala City, AS Otôho, Green Mamba, Rayon Sports, Township Rollers, ASC Kara, UMS de Loum, Cercle Mbéri Sportif, Rahimo, AS Port, Aigle Noir, Brihama United, CS Mindelense, AS Tempête Mocaf, Green Mamba FC.
