Lille vs Monaco: Fabregas hoping to carry on the Principality club's revival tonight

Match preview 🖊
Three wins and three draws since their last defeat means that Monaco's ship has steadied somewhat, but they are still not safe from relegation yet. Recent wins over Lyon and Nantes have raised spirits. They travel to Lille here, a side that has kept clean sheets in five of their last six Ligue 1 matches and who have only lost one if their last 17 on home turf. It's bound to be a very tight affair but Lille might just find the edge to stay in 2nd on the log.
Monaco will lack firepower without two of their main strikers here, but they are unbeaten in their last six Ligue 1 matches and will bring plenty of fighting spirit with them, instilled by manager Leonardo Jardim.
Team news 📰
Jeremy Pied is the only absentee for Lille, whereas visitors Monaco have a raft of absentees for the trip. Already without the injured trio of Pietro Pellegri, Almamy Toure & Jordi Mboula, they must also do without star strike duo Radamel Falcao and Steven Jovetic through suspension.
