Chelsea, Arsenal fight for Brazilian full-back, Man United wants Inter defender
After starting the league on a rather difficult footing, Bayern Munich has identified the potential replacement for Niko Kovac while Manchester United are in serious scouting mission for a defender.
Bayern Munich is reportedly interested in bringing in Zinedine Zidane to replace Niko Kovac. Kovac has failed to start his management career at Allianz Arena on the positive ground and is now behind Bundesliga current leaders Borrusia Dortmund who beat them in the Dier Klassiker 3-2.
Zidane, who won the UEFA Champions League before leaving Real Madrid is also wanted by Manchester United to replace struggling Jose Mourinho.
In a bid to strengthen their wobbly defence, Man United have identified potential signings for January in Milan Skriniar. The Inter Milan centre-back has been on the radar of the English side but he may prove hard to find given his club ’s insistence on non-negotiations and the long-term contract the player is under. Meanwhile, Wolves is interested in bringing Marcos Rojo.
Manchester United is lining up a £20m deal for Atletico Madrid ace Diego Godin. The Uruguayan was subject to an intense transfer speculation to Old Trafford last summer but he opted on staying in Spain ultimately.
London and league rivals Arsenal and Chelsea are engaged in a tight fight to sign Brazillian full-back Emerson and Liverpool-Cameroonian ace Joel Matip is seriously wanted by Fulham who recently appointed Claudio Ranieri as head coach after a rather difficult start to life in the EPL.
Finally, League leaders Manchester City are considering the idea of buying Real Betis’ left-back Junior Firpo.
