George ‘Best’ Nsiimbe started his short tenure at Express Fc with in emphatic style as the Red Eagles pounded Soana 4-0 at wankulukuku.

The Red Eagles came into the game docked at the rock bottom of the table with only 16 points but have risen to 14th place with 19 points.

Jalil Zimula was quick to send the hosts into the lead just after quarter an hour before Michale Birungi double the score four minutes later.


Birungi sent the match beyond Soana’s reach at the hour turn with another clinical finish off Jalil Zimula’s brilliant cross.

Veteran Ayub Kisalita completed the rout in the 73rd minute, tapping from a corner kick.

In Mwererwe, Proline’s survival journey was pegged in a barren draw against Bright Stars.
