Magogo tips Ugandan football to gain from FUFA summit
The Ugandan football heads and stakeholders will be meeting on Monday to discuss issues affecting the game and its growth in the first ever FUFA Summit and at the end of it, the FUFA president Eng. Moses Magogo says they will have ideas to revamp the game.
The summit at Serene Suites, in Mutundwe Kampala is set to end in the evening on Monday 12th March and Magogo is confident great recommendations on the growth of the game will be picked at the close of it.
Magogo says a number of working groups have been tasked to handle different areas and hinted at the recommendations, which will be adopted, affecting the federation’s budgets.
“We want to bring in the technical people in the game because we want good football played on the pitch. We will have various groups of people handling different assignments and get us recommendations.
“We will have new strategies and new techniques to run the game, which will even affect our budgets. At the end of the summit we believe we will have gotten new ideas,” he said ahead of the summit.
