Ayiekoh: It’s Madondo’s time to shine

Kirinya Jinja ss coach Charles Ayiekoh has sang praises for his youngster, Joel Madondo, after a dazzling performance in their 3-0 win over UPDF.

Ayiekoh drafted Madondo in the starting line-up for the first time, since he took over the reins at the club that narrowly survived relegation last season.

Madondo fired the school boys ahead just four minutes after the interval and played a key role as Mutanda Bashir, tripled the lead at the end of the game.

The coach praised the youngster and reassured that he will accord him more playing time, now that the team has avoided relegation pressure.

Play Time

“I believe it’s the right time to give him play time. We don’t have any pressure and that means he will express himself freely. I avoided putting him in the early stages, because I didn’t want the pressure to consume him but now I can field him,” Ayiekoh said.
