Makwatta scores to secure maximum points for Buildicon

Kenya's John Makwata was on target as Buildicon beat 4th placed Green Buffaloes at Edwin Imboela Stadium on August 2, 2017 in the Zambian FAZ league.

The side that is also home to Clifton Miheso has registered two wins in the last five beating City of Lusaka 2-0, before seeing off bottom placed Real Nakonde with the same margin. A loss against 8th placed Lumwana Radiants was the only blip suffering 2-0 defeat. They drew against league heavyweights Zanaco in a goalless encounter.

Makwatta and company will now brace for a fight against relegation threatened Kabwe Warriors on August 5, before hosting real test against Lusaka Dynamos a week later. They will  close the month clashing against league leaders Napsa Stars who with 37 points.
