Everton beat Arsenal to sign Henry Onyekuru

Everton proved smarter than Arsenal as they have signed red-hot Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru from KAS Eupen.

The Gunners were tipped to sign Onyekuru after showing interest in the Nigerian.

The Toffees, who used to have former Super Eagles striker Victor Anichebe in their lineup, will now parade another Nigerian in their frontline.

SkySports announced the signing on twitter.

A Nigerian website reported that Onyekuru sealed a five year deal at Everton.

-Henry has a five-year deal with Everton after passing medical, the source informed only SCORENigeria

-He is so excited to make this decision. The Premier League is the league on his mind to play in and here he is with Everton. The source further informed: -He will go on a season’s loan to Anderlecht before he returns to Everton.
