With Manchester United set to face AC Milan in August, Ole Gunnar Solkskjaer has confirmed he will start his best eleven against the Italian outfit when the two sides face off in Cardiff.
United will face Serie A giants AC Milan at the Principality Stadium on August 2nd as part of the International Champions Cup. The Red Devils had a poor end to the season, winning only two of their last 12 games, a run that ultimately cost them a place in the top four and Champions League football.
Solskjaer believes that the match presents a perfect opportunity to test his side ahead of the new Premier League season, "We’re getting close to the league then and playing against AC Milan in Cardiff is a great chance for us to put the full team out to test ourselves just before the league starts.
"We’re going to have to play our top team because we want to get into the league knowing each other and having some relationships built, so it will probably look like who will start in the first league game, maybe one or two changes."
