Roma interested in former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte

Roma are reportedly interested in appointing former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte as their new boss, Sky Italia reports. 

Conte has been jobless since being sacked by Chelsea at the end of last season and is thought to be keen on a return to management with Juventus also a possible destination should Massimiliano Allegri leave the Serie A champions. 

Former Fulham and Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri is currently in charge at Roma after replacing Eusebio Di Francesco in March, but he has struggled to steady the ship, winning just three of his seven games in charge so far. 

"I feel like a Roma coach until the end of the championship, then we'll see what happens." he told reporters ahead of their clash with SPAL earlier today.
