Skipper Lloris missed their 1-0 loss at the hands of Manchester City over the weekend after suffering an injury against the same opponents in the UEFA Champions League as Spurs proceeded to the semi-finals of the tournament. Sissoko also limped off in the 4-3 win over City with what looked like a groin injury.
Speaking in a press conference ahead of the Brighton clash, Pochettino provided injury updates on the trio, "(Lloris)I hope yes, we are going to assess, we have a training session and we hope it is not a big issue, we hope he is going to be available.
"Moussa Sissoko is not going to be fit, maybe for the next two weeks, we hope he can recover before but I am not so optimistic. Harry Winks, we don't know because it is a problem that is one day very good, next day not very good, it is about assessing each day. We hope he will be available for Tuesday but we are not sure."
