Jurgen Klopp on whether he'll watch Manchester United vs Man City derby clash
Liverpool returned to the summit of the league with a 2-0 win over Cardiff City on Sunday with goals coming from Georginio Wijnaldum and James Milner. Manchester City, however, have a game in hand and will take on their cross-town rivals United with Klopp hoping that their bitter rivals can beat the Blues to hand them an advantage in the title race.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the win over Cardiff, Klopp was asked if he will be watching the Manchester derby, "I think I will watch it if I have nothing else to do. Hopefully, I can avoid that (shouting at the TV) because we have no influence. It doesn't look like Man United can really...what was the result today? 3-0, 4-0? We'll see. City will be ready and we'll see if United are ready as well.
"We drew there but it's not the type of thing we have an influence over. We will focus on the things we have control over."
