AFCON 2019 : Zambia eye victory against Mambas

The Zambia national team will this afternoon be looking to put their Cameroon 2019 AFCON qualification journey back on track when they face the Mambas of Mozambique this afternoon.

Chipolopolo have four points from four games and need maximum points to have a good chance of qualifying to Cameroon.

Coach Sven Vandenbroek and his troops know what's stake having fallen victim to the same opponent last year on match day one.

History and statistics are however of the side of the copper bullets with Zambia recording 17 wins as compared to one for the Mambas in 21 games.

Mozambique who are also on four points will be hoping to record their second win over the 2012 AFCON champions and boost their chances of qualifying to next years show piece.
