Madrid to axe four to fund for Neymar

Real Madrid is planning to raise funds for Neymar by selling four stars in the summer.

The Los Blancos need a complete overhaul to their squad having endured a miserable season domestically, sitting fourth in La Liga. In order to land Neymar, they are prepared to be active in the summer and reports suggest that they are set to sell four of their world-class players. As reported by the Independent, Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale are believed to be made available in the summer. Ex-Tottenham star Luka Modric will also be allowed to leave with Premier League clubs tipped to be chasing for his signature.

Arsenal’s long-term target Karim Benzema, will also be allowed to quit Santiago Bernabeu, with the Spanish side happy for four of their biggest stars to leave. The fifth player believed to be unwanted is goalkeeper Keylor Navas. The Costa Rican is set to be replaced by Chelsea shot stopper Thibaut Courtois who is in Madrid’s summer transfer list.
