Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia have completed the signing of Clifton Miheso from National Super League Kenya Police.
K’Ogalo confirmed Miheso’s capture via their Twitter account with the midfielder signing a two-year deal. The Kenyan international was part of Harambee Stars provisional squad which travelled to France for 19-day camp but could not make it to the final 23-man squad.
The Green Army were in talks with Miheso who had returned from Clube Olimpico do Montijo in the Portuguese league and signed for NSL side Police on July 2019. The former Thika United and AFC Leopards becomes the first signing of the new head coach Steven Pollak. Pollak was impressed by the midfielder during a friendly match between Gor and Kenya Police where the defending champions registered a 3-2 win.
