Netherlands striker Luuk de Jong has signed for Laliga side Sevilla FC on a four-year contract from PSV, the club confirmed on Monday.
The striker was a main figure last season for PSV as they lost the title to Ajax; De Jong scoring 28 goals in 34 Eredivisie appearances this coming after underwhelming spells at Borussia Monchengladbach and Newcastle United.
The player will hope that he can change the fortunes of his new club who finished sixth in LaLiga last term with the Spanish club having paid PSV a reported €12.5million for his services.
De Jong won three Eredivisie titles during his time at PSV, who are also likely to lose Hirving Lozano this off-season.
Mexico forward has been heavily linked with Serie A club Napoli, after scoring 21 goals in all competitions in 2018-19.
Sevilla, meanwhile, has sold Quincy Promes and Luis Muriel, with winger Pablo Sarabia reportedly set to join Paris Saint-Germain, while Wissam Ben Yedder has been linked with a move to Manchester United.
