After kicking off their African Cup of Nations tourney with a 2-0 defeat to Algeria, Harambee Stars head coach Sebastien Migne has called on focus and positivity from his players ahead of the Tanzania clash.
Algeria put the sword to Kenya with first-half goals courtesy of Baghdad Bounedjah and Riyadh Mahrez as Harambee Stars put up a slightly better performance in the second half. Kenya will take on Tanzania in their next clash with their neighbors also suffering a 2-0 loss at the hands of Senegal in the opening Group C clash.
Migne has urged his charges to remain focused and positive ahead of the Tanzania clash, "We should not give up because we still have two matches to play and I want to keep the players focused. We tried to win the first game but we did not, so we should now try and win the second game. We must stay positive, we can still get something from the two matches and put our campaign back on track."
Kenya will face Tanzania on Thursday 27th June as they seek to bounce back from the opening defeat.
