BREAKING: Petr Cech offered Chelsea job after retiring from football
After his retirement from football at the end of the season, Petr Cech will return to Stamford Bridge this summer after being handed the Chelsea sporting director role.
The goalkeeper looks set to come up against the Blues one final time before he makes the switch this summer. Arsenal face Maurizio Sarri's men in the UEFA Europa League final in Baku on Wednesday 29 May. Cech won 13 trophies during his 11-year spell with Chelsea, including four Premier League titles and the Champions League. He left the Blues to join the Gunners in 2015 in a £10million deal but will hang up his gloves after the final.
