Arsenal have been poor defensively of late having lost two successive games and have now made 12 errors that have directly lead to an opposition goal in the Premier League, more than any other team.
The defeat follows Sunday's 2-3 defeat to Crystal Palace, meaning that Unai Emery's men have now conceded six goals in the last 180 minutes of football. Three first-half goals from Ruben Neves, Matt Doherty, and Diego Jota compounded the Gunners to defeat on Wednesday night as they suffered another major blow in their top four ambitions. Shkodran Mustafi has been culpable of a few goals recently especially in the loss to Crystal Palace last weekend.
