Unai Emery hints at squad rotation ahead of Crystal Palace clash
Arsenal are coming from an impressive 1-0 away win against Napoli courtesy of an Alexandre Lacazette superb free-kick and are through to the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa League on a 3-0 aggregate. Sokratis Papastathopoulos is out of contention for the Palace clash through suspension while Aaron Ramsey is a major doubt for the game having picked an injury in the game against Napoli.
In a press conference after the win over Napoli, Emery hinted at rotating his squad for the Crystal Palace game, "It's very important now that we have the possibility to do some rotation because of injuries and after the match today we need players with energy and good physical condition. The three points are very important for us.
"With Sokratis out because he is suspended, some players after the match today can't play on Sunday. We want to play a lot of matches, difficult matches, in less days. We're going to prepare well. Now the most important thing is to rest, work a little with the players that didn't play today."
