Zambian striker Gamphani Jones Lungu has been handed a starting berth in Supersport United squad to face Kaizer Chiefs in the quarter final of the Telkom Knockout Challenge Cup.

The former Power dynamos striker will partner James Keane in attack as Matsatsatsa look to book a place in the semi-finals.

Supersport have suffered number of injuries Captain Dean Furman who has been ruled out of the rest of the year after dislocating his shoulder in a training ground accident, joining Bradley Globler, Fagrie Lakay, Evans Rusike and Thabo Mnyamane in the SuperSport treatment room.

On the other hand Kaizer Chiefs are still licking their wounds from the derby loss. The most successful side in the League Cup, winning it a record 13 times and a record three times in the Telkom Knockout era are looking to add to their tally.
