Transfer Talk: Man City wants Hazard, Millan offers Fellaini deal
With 2017/18 Europe League season over, player transfer rumors are on a high as clubs look to strengthen their perceived weak positions ahead of the next campaign.
Eden Hazard to Manchester City
Manchester City boss has made the Belgian his number-one target this summer and is willing to break the British transfer record to get his man.
Hazard has two years left on his contract at Stamford Bridge, but has been stalling on a new deal all season. The Blues could be forced to sell this summer if he refuses to sign on, with long-term admirers Real Madrid also in the hunt.
It definitely sounds like Pep Guardiola is serious about defending the title next season.
Fellaini to AC Milan
AC Milan is increasingly confident about signing Marouane Fellaini from Manchester United this summer as they look to snap him up on a free transfer. The Belgian’s Old Trafford contract expires next month meaning he is free to enter into talks with any club – although he has not ruled out staying at United, with the club still expected to make an improved offer for him.
Milan are the other offer currently on the table for him and their sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli confirmed on Sunday that the Serie A side believe he will leave United. Milan is rumored to have offered him a three-year contract. He will be available on a free transfer next season.
