New bosses for Chelsea and Arsenal?
Former Barcelona manager Luis Enrique is top in line to take over from Antonio Conte at Chelsea if he is sacked or Arsene Wenger at Arsenal if he decides to step down.
PSG is also keen to bring him to France, but reports in Spain on Sunday claimed Enrique, 47, is waiting to see whether Chelsea or Arsenal become available first. He is a man in demand, as AC Milan is also said to be after his services.
He failed before
Enrique's previous spell in the Serie A was a disaster as he led big-spending Roma to seventh and was widely criticised for replacing Francesco Totti during a Europa League defeat to Slovan Bratislava. It will be interesting to see if he decides to go back to Italy or try his luck in arguably the most competitive league in Europe, The English PL.
Conte is under pressure after a bad run of games, while Arsenal’s Wenger is always under pressure due to his team’s inconsistency.
