Denis Onyango emerges best goalkeeper in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers

After being named in the 2017 Caf Champions league team of the year, Uganda Cranes captain Denis Onyango has also made it to the 2018 World Cup (Africa) team of the qualifiers. 

The 32-year old has played six of the seven matches that the Uganda Cranes has played in the unsuccessful campaign.

Onyango only conceded against Egypt in Alexandria courtesy of Mohammed Salah's strike. 

Other players in the team of the qualifiers include Mohammed Salah who was instrumental in Egypt's qualification and Nigeria's Super Eagles Leon Balogun and Victor Moses.
