Uganda Cranes defender Alex Kakuba played full time as CD Feirense lost 2-1 away to Portimonense in the Portugal Primeira Liga on Monday night.

Kakuba has now featured full time in two consecutive losses after initially missing the opening games of the season.

Japanese international Shoya Nakajima struck a brace in the 12 and 19th minutes to put Portimonense in the lead.

Nigerian export Oghenekaro Etebo answered one back for coach Santos Nuno’s but was insufficient to salvage a point.

Despite the loss, Kakuba's team sits on eighth place with eight points after six outings.
