Ugandan Premier League reigning most valuable player and top scorer, Geoffrey Sserunkuma opened his goal account in the Zambia Super League on Sunday 13 August as Buildcon lost 2-1 to Lusaka Dynamos at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.

The Cranes striker started the game and was on target as early as the sixth minute connecting a corner from Congolese midfielder Fidele Bousandja. Another Uganda Cranes winger, Joseph Ochaya, was missing both in the starting lineup and substitutes bench.

Chris Mugalu bagged a brace with his first goal coming in the 49th and second two minutes to the end of normal time. Sserunkuma moved from KCCA FC to Buildcon FC last month.

The striker made his debut last weekend against Kabwe Warriors in a barren draw.
