🗺⚽️ What are the ten key fixtures not to be missed this weekend?

As always, we'll be glued to our screens this weekend finding the best action around Europe to cover and enjoy.

Here are ten key games from across Europe's top leagues that we're looking forward to.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Man City vs Aston Villa

Pep's men have returned to winning ways after their shock defeat to Wolves, taking care of Crystal Palace clinically and dispatching Atalanta 5-1 in the Champions League. It might be a long 90 minutes for Villa if City clicks into gear, but with a total of 13 goals in Villa's last four Premier League matches, this one should be entertaining at the very least.

🇩🇪 Schalke vs Borussia Dortmund

Three of Dortmund's last four Bundesliga matches have ended in 2-2 draws, highlighting their inability to keep clean sheets at the moment and it's almost impossible to predict what will happen in a heated Revierderby clash with Schalke. We're expecting goals and another big stage where Jadon Sancho can sparkle.

🇩🇪 Bayern Munich vs Union Berlin

German champions Bayern have been an entertaining side to watch lately. After beating Paderborn 3-2 away from home, they went and demolished Tottenham 7-2 in London, and bizarrely followed that up with a 2-1 loss at home to Hoffenheim. A 2-2 draw at Augsburg continued the trend of both sides scoring in Bayern games, and they're just off the back of a 3-2 win away to Olympiacos. Bayern fans must be having heart problems at the moment.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Burnley vs Chelsea

Chelsea has won their last three Premier League away encounters, scoring 3+ goals on each occasion with Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham both scoring in each game. This will be a test though, against a team under Sean Dyche that has only lost once at home this season, and that was to Liverpool. Let's see what Lampard's youngsters are made of.

🇪🇸 Atlético Madrid vs Athletic Bilbao

Diego Simeone's Atléti side is always enjoyable to watch, especially if you enjoy well-organized football with tough tackling. They've drawn three of their last five matches, two of them goalless, but their football is a thing of beauty. Visitors Bilbao has drawn three of their last six, and none of those matches contained over two goals. It's bound to be a battle.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Arsenal vs Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace has won 28 Premier League away points in 2019, third only to Manchester City's 33 and Liverpool's 30. Roy Hodgson's men will arrive at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium in a confident mood, but they'll have to get over the fact that they've not won back-to-back London derbies away from home since 1997. Will now be the time, against an Arsenal side struggling to find a clear playing identity? Which Gunners side will show up?

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Liverpool vs Spurs

It's been a horrible time for Tottenham fans and only a last-gasp equalizer snatched them a point against bottom club Watford last time out in the Premier League. Next up is a trip to Anfield, where Liverpool has not lost in 44 matches.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Norwich vs Man United

Ole Gunnar's men finally won a match on the road, in an edgy 1-0 Europa League win in Belgrade against Partizan. That result, coupled with their 1-1 draw with league leaders Liverpool, will give them some confidence that things can start to turn around.

🇮🇹 Roma vs AC Milan

Perhaps these are not vintage Roma and Milan sides but watch out for young Roma midfielder Nicolò Zaniolo who has been earning rave reviews around Europe. Milan also has two young players worth shouting about, in the shape of Brazilian playmaker Lucas Paquetá and Ivorian midfield powerhouse Franck Kessié. Both are still only 22.

🇫🇷 PSG vs Marseille

Marseille better be very, very afraid of Kylian Mbappé. The 20-year-old came off the bench in the 83rd minute against Nice last weekend yet still had enough time to score and assist, turning a 2-1 PSG lead into a 4-1 victory in the final 10 minutes. He scored a hat-trick in the space of 22 minutes in the Champions League against Club Brugge, also as a substitute, and he looks set to start here. That is bad news for Marseille.

Before any of these key fixtures, there's the small matter of Southampton vs Leicester tonight.
