Serie A side Roma's manager Paul Fonseca has been hit with another massive blow following midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini's surgery.
Italian publication Gianluca Di Marzio reported that Arsenal loanee Henrikh Mkhitaryn is set to be on the sidelines for three weeks due to a lesion to his adductor which was confirmed by Roma's official Twitter account.
In addition to Pellegrini woes, Cengiz Under, Diego Perotti, Mert Cetin are also injured while Davide Zappacosta has resumed training with the squad again.
