Uganda Cranes arrives in Kenya ahead of Sunday's encounter

Ahead of the friendly match against Kenya national team, Uganda Cranes jetted into the country on Friday morning.

Foreign-based players Luwagga Kizito, Khalid Aucho, Allan Kyambadde, Emmanuel Okwi, and Taddeo Lwanga, who jetted earlier were joined by local-based players early morning.

“Their (Harambee Stars) performance has been good in recent times. We are likewise, performing better. It is a high profile friendly match and I am looking forward to it,” said coach Abdallah Mubiru.

“They (Kenya) have a good team. Of course, we respect them but we can’t fear,” added the Cranes coach.

The match is set to be played on Sunday 8th at the MISC Kasarani starting from 4:00 PM EAT.
