Uganda coach Abdallah Mubiru heading into Kenya clash without fear

Ahead of their Migingo derby against Harambee Stars, Uganda coach Abdallah Mubiru is confident that his side will not head into the clash with fear.

Uganda come into the tie on the back of an impressive African Cup of Nations tournament that saw them proceed to the knockout phases. The Cranes have a fairly strong squad boasting of the likes of Luwagga Kizito, Khalid Aucho, Allan Kyambadde, Emmanuel Okwi, and Taddeo Lwanga.

Speaking to Football Kenya Federation, Mubiru noted that his side has no fear against Kenya, "Their (Harambee Stars) performance has been good in recent times. We are likewise, performing better. It is a high profile friendly match and I am looking forward to it. They (Kenya) have a good team. Of course, we respect them but we can’t fear."

The clash is slated for Sunday 8th September at the MISC Kasarani in a 4 PM kick off.
