Mikel Arteta rained praise down on Arsenal's youngster, Gabriel Martinelli after scoring in the 1-1 draw against Sheffield United.
Martinelli was a summer signing from Brazilian club Ituano in a fee believed to be in the region of £6 million after scoring 10 goals in 34 matches.
The Brazilian has impressed so far at Arsenal especially in Cup competitions where he has scored seven goals and netted his second in the Premier League against Sheffield.
Speaking in a press conference after the draw against Sheffield, Arteta lauded Martinelli, "Absolutely, he's an 18-year-old kid with all the enthusiasm but as well he's so brave to make decisions, to threaten the opponent every time.
"He is always in the middle of the goal waiting for an opportunity to come and the fact he hasn't played 90 minutes for a while since his injury - but still the way he went about every single action is impressive."
Arteta was further asked if scoring nine goals so far this season is astonishing, and he replied, "Absolutely, yeah."
