Solskjaer: Woodward and I have a plan

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that him and executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward have a plan for the club. 

Solskajer was addressing the media ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash with Liverpool. The tactician, who was defended by Woodward despite United's poor start to the current campaign, opened up about his relationship with the chairman. The 46-year-old revealed that they have a plan with Woodward which he believes will benefit the Red Devils in the future.

"I speak to Ed regularly. As I’ve said many times, we do have a plan," he said. 

"And we’ve made some decisions that maybe in the short term would harm us but we know in the long term will benefit us and that’s part of the plan. The results are always the main thing, we can move forward quicker if we get results and performances. But I’m sure that we will get there."

"It’s still planning – next transfer window, summer transfer window – and how we see the team moving forward."
