Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino has revealed he dreams of managing Argentina's national team.
The Spurs boss is widely regarded as one of the best tactical geniuses in one of football and has been linked with a number of clubs across Europe. He has been with the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester United, AC Milan, and Juventus and admitted he may one day leave the north London side. Being in his sixth season with Spurs, his future remains unknown of how many years he will spend with them before leaving for another challenge. And now Poch has admitted he is eyeing managing his country someday.
“Managing the national team comes into my dreams as something to fulfill,” he said.
“And I have a great mental strength to fulfill my dreams in reality,” he added.
The La Albiceleste has underperformed in recent years, and are yet to win any major honour since 1993.
