Zambian attacking midfielder Clatous Chota Chama was on target for Simba SC who cruised to a 4-2 win over AZAM to win the Tanzanian Charity shield on Saturday afternoon.
Simba came from a goal down to beat AZAM. Shabaan Chilumba opened the scores with a 14th-minute strike putting AZAM in the lead. The lead did not last long as new signing Ali Shiboub levelled matters three minutes later with a close-range strike.
Shiboub struck six minutes later to put Simba in the lead. Twelve minutes into the second stanza Clatous Chama scored a beauty of a goal to double Simba's lead.
Frank Domayo reduced the deficit in the 78th minute but former Gor Mahia ace Francis Kahata sealed the win five minutes from time as Simba claimed the 2019/2020 Tanzania Charity shield.
