After two inactive transfer windows, Tottenham Hotspur have broken the bank in the summer transfer window and are reported to have agreed on a fee with Fulham for Ryan Sessegnon.
The 19-year-old has been a long-term target for Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino and the clubs have now agreed on a deal worth £25m rising to £30m, with Josh Onomah moving the other way. Meanwhile, Tottenham’s proposed signing of Real Betis midfielder Giovani Lo Celso is likely to be on loan with an obligation to buy.
