In what could be described as the signing of the window, Kenyan Premier League newbies Wazito FC is closing down on Burundi international right-back Karim Nizigiyamana.
According to reports, Wazito has contacted the player and talks are progressing well with Karim said to be willing to return to the Kenyan scene where he made a lot of fans.
Wazito has been on an overhaul spree with the team having already captured some of the best talents in the country.
Of the new names who will be donning the yellow jersey include Sony Sugar trio of midfielder Joshua Otieno, attacker Derick Otanga and goalkeeper Kevin Omondi.
Other new faces are goalkeeper Gad Mathews roped from Kariobangi Sharks, Kenya U17 keeper Bixente Lizarazu, Pitone Mutamba who rejoins the team from Sofapaka and Harambee Stars defender Bernard Ochieng who has joined from Vihiga United.
