Serie A side Napoli SC have opened talks with Tottenham Hotspurs with the aim of luring defender Kieran Trippier to Serie A.
Juventus new manager Maurizio Sarri also has his eye on the 28-year-old with the Seria A giants expected to release Joao Cancelo who is said to be heading off to Manchester City this summer.
Trippier played 27 times in the league for Spurs last season, scoring a goal and getting three assists.
He also played eight times on the club's run to the Champions League final, picking up two assists along the way. He also made a couple of appearances in the EFL Cup, and one in the FA Cup.
Tottenham is looking to bolster the squad in a number of areas, but are also willing to part with Trippier if the right offer comes along.
They have their eye on Leeds winger Jack Clarke, as well as FC Nordsjaelland winger Andreas Skov Olsen.
The trouble for Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is that the likes of Christian Eriksen and Danny Rose may also be looking elsewhere.
