Gor Mahia squashes Jerim’s new role reports

Former Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia has poured cold water on Jerim Onyango’s new role at the club.

Onyango who is set to vie for a Member of County Assembly seat in Ugenya in the forthcoming August General Elections has been reported across some media outlets to have been handed a coaching role with K’ogalo’s U18 team.

However, speaking to Futaa, Gor Mahia’s Organizing Secretary Judith Anyango Nyangi has refuted the reports noting that the club is set for an Executive meeting so as to know the way forward.

-Those are just rumors. We are going to have an executive meeting tomorrow [Wednesday 11] so that we can know the way forward, she told Futaa.

Nyangi also noted that since she took over office, she has progressed well since she has not had any hiccups.
